When your payment is charged or when it is due depends on what payment method you have chosen:

• Direct debit: 
  • First payment: no later than the last business day of the month.
  • Subsequent Payments: the first business day of the month. If there are insufficient funds, further withdrawal attempts will be made until the last business day of the month.
• Card:
  • First payment: at the time of lottery purchase.
  • Subsequent payments: the second business day of the month. If there are insufficient funds, further withdrawal attempts will be made during the month.
• Invoice:
  • First payment: payment received no later than the last business day of the month.
  • Subsequent payments: as with the first payment.

What if I miss a payment? There's no need to worry. If a payment is missed, we will make another attempt to process it later in the month. If that attempt also fails, your lottery ticket will not be participating in the draws during the upcoming month.
