What happens if a payment fails?

This applies to the payment methods we offer:

  • Direct Debit: if a payment cannot be charged on the first business day of the month, new withdrawal attempts will be made in the middle and at the end of the month.
  • Card: if a payment cannot be charged on the second business day of the month, new withdrawal attempts will occur at the end of the month.
  • Invoice: if the payment is not received by the due date, the lottery ticket will not participate in the intended game round, but you will receive a new invoice next month. If you choose not to pay your invoice for six consecutive months, the subscription is automatically terminated.

What happens if I choose not to pay?
If you decide not to pay, your lottery ticket will not participate in the draws during the upcoming month. Participation in the lottery is voluntary, and you are never obliged to pay for the tickets.

If you wish to stop future payments, you need to cancel your subscription.
